One meaning of the word, "balance" is the state of equilibrium. Apply this to our outer experience, and this could mean finding a balance between work, family and "me time". For our inner experience, this could be applied to our mental steadiness and emotional stability. But what about the the balance between our inner and outer experience?
Firstly, we need to stop looking for stability from an outer source and begin to experience it in within ourselves, by focusing on our inner strengths, talent and trust. Our inner experience is what shapes our outer experience. When we can find our internal balance, we develop in personal growth and become of service to the planet. Inner stability is built through your personal connection with earth and the sources of wisdom, knowledge and power.
But sometimes, we need to take a step back, breathe and let things settle. Allow yourself the time to remember who you are, what you are about and where your balance of stability really comes from. GIve time for the unsettling to settle.
The truth is, balance just doesn't happen and comes at us from all angles. Finding the balance can include, the balance between doing and being, giving and receiving, masculine and feminine, accepting and asking. It requires recognizing what you need, asking for it, being committed and setting boundaries around that commitment.
Trust your truth. Trust your own talents, wisdom, to create, to love, to dream, to eliminate and set your goals. Show up authentically!
