A.M. Flow (60 - 75 mins) - Yoga is magical at any time of the day! But there is something to be said about doing your practice in the morning. Cultivate an energizing breath as you awaken the body through a series of yoga poses to naturally align the body as you calm the mind. Your space is simple but elegant, surrounded by soundproof floor-to-ceiling windows that open on to the city. All this, as you invigorate the body and create a peaceful center to prepare you for the day’s events ahead.
TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS 6:15PM EVENING YOGA @ HOTEL MONTANA, RUE CARDOZO, PETION-VILLE
YIN & YANG (75 mins) - A little bit of this, a little bit of that! Do your classes with spectacular views on the property from one of Haiti's landmark hotels, just outside the centre of Petion-Ville and Delmas. Restore your energy at the end of the day, with this outdoor practice, as well as prepare you for a good night's sleep. Classes are scheduled on the deck and subject to good weather or availability. SATURDAY 10AM MORNING YOGA @ HOTEL MONTANA
Freestyle Saturday! (75 -90 mins) - This class is a combination of yoga, pilates, strength and toning, focusing on alignment, core, and strength training. Playful and fun, no class is the same! Class includes the benefits of meditation and mindful relaxation. Great for all levels including persons suffering from neck, knee and back issues. Included in the “Top 5 Best Ways to Start Your Saturday”! :-), an awesome view is a given! Wikid playlist selections included. Class locations vary depending on availability.
